All non-personalized orders are printed and shipped within 1 - 4 working days from receipt of order. Please allow 5-7 working days for personalized items, and for custom orders a production and shipping timeline will be provided. Please allow an additional 4 days for shipping in the US via First Class Mail and 2-3 days for Priority Mail. Orders to all other countries are shipped via International First Class mail, which typically takes 1 - 2 weeks for delivery. Both domestic and International shipping is available for Priority and Express Mail (over night).

Sales taxes are applied based on the location to which the order is being shipped. Georgia residents pay 7% sales tax.

All paper used for InkSpot Workshop items is from mills powered by wind. All paper envelopes are made from at least 30% post-consumer waste. Items are then wrapped in our signature paper and satin ribbon band, then placed in a resealable, cellophane envelope.

Yes, just enter your address in the billing section and the gift recipient's address in the shipping section. If you'd like to include a note with your gift, please do so at checkout. There is no extra charge, simply input your message into the "Gift Message" box on the selections page. Gift wrap is also available for $4.95 per item. Our signature InkSpot Workshop kiwi green note card box holds approximately 25-30 of our cards and is tied with fuchsia, satin ribbon, plus gift enclosure.

All of our products are custom designed and printed at time of order, therefore we do not accept returns. Naturally, if there is an error on our part, we will gladly send a replacement that correctly reflects your order.

Will I get to see a proof before you make my order? 

There are a few personalized items that require you to input the email address where you would like to receive a proof. Please make sure to include info@inkspotworkshop in your email contacts or check your spam folder regularly, if you are waiting for a proof. We will attempt to reach you 3 times via email and if we are unsuccessful, will be forced to make your order, based upon our best guess. Please remember, there are no returns on personalized items, so it is imperitave to make every attempt to search your spam folder or contact us directly.

We have made every effort to accurately display our product colors on our website. However, please note that colors vary a bit due to the monitor they are viewed on.
